Personal qualifications:

Energetic and professional personality
Four-year college or university degree
Previous ESL teaching experience (preferred)
Previous working experience in other fields
Teaching availability suitable to TutorABC/TutorABC Jr. schedule
Familiarity with using computers
Ability to SPEAK SLOWLY and explain things to people who can't speak ENGLISH!

Technical requirements:

Windows OS：Win 7, Vista, XP (Macs with Windows OS installed and Bootcamp)
Internet Explorer Browser: Version 7 or greater
RAM：2GB or more
Minimum 500kbps upload, 800kbps download wired internet connection: DSL, Cable, Fiber Optic(No Wireless connection)
